Q: How do I contact consumer support?

Q: What do I do if I am missing something from within the package?
A: All of the needed materials should be found within the packaging materials of the unit. Please contact us iIf you still are unable to locate a specific part.
Q: There is no picture or sound, or the TV doesn't turn on?
A: Please try the following steps:
1. Make sure the TV is plugged in.
2. Make sure MUTE is not set on.
3. Make sure the POWER is on.
4. Make sure a headphone is not inserted.
5. If there is neither picture nor sound, unplug the TV for 30 seconds, the plug it in and try again.
Q:There is no picture or sound on some UHF channels. (while using an antenna)
A:Please try the following steps:
1. Try another station. If the other stations are working OK on the television, it may be a station problem.
2. Check that the antenna is connected and adjusted correctly. You should also check that your antenna is in good working order with no broken wires.
3. See if there is anything interfering with the antenna signal.
4. Please note that we do not include an antenna with our standard television kit. If you need an antenna , they can be purchased at your local Target store.
